BinarySecretKeyIdentifierClause Constructor (Byte[], Boolean, Byte[], Int32)

Initializes a new instance of the BinarySecretKeyIdentifierClause class.

Type: System.Byte[]
The key.
Type: System.Boolean
A value that specifies whether to clone the buffer.
Type: System.Byte[]
The "number used once" (nonce) used to derive the key.
Type: System.Int32
Length of the key to be derived.
