TF61103: The converter could not find a supported version of the ClearQuest client. Please refer to CQConverter help for a list of supported versions.

This error occurs when the ClearQuest converter is unable to find sufficient information about the ClearQuest client version.

To correct this error

  • Verify that you have run the ClearQuest client at least one time by using the same account that runs the converter. Connect to the ClearQuest database by using the same connection that is specified in the converter configuration file.

To correct this error

  • Verify that you have installed ClearQuest client version 2003.06.00 or a later version on the computer where you run the converter.
