Initializes a new instance of the SecurityElement class with the specified tag and text.

The tag name of the XML element.
The text content within the element.


Exception Type Condition
ArgumentNullException The tag parameter is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
ArgumentException The tag parameter or text parameter is invalid in XML.


If the text parameter is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) this constructor produces an element identical to the default constructor.
