OracleNumber to Double Conversion

Converts the OracleNumber parameter to Double.

The OracleNumber structure to be converted.

Parameters [C#]

x
The OracleNumber structure to be converted.

Return Value

A new Double structure whose value equals the Value of the OracleNumber parameter.
