Deployment Dialog Boxes
Visual Studio .NET provides a number of predefined user interface dialog boxes that can be displayed during installation to present or gather information. The dialog boxes to be displayed are specified in the User Interface Editor; properties can be set to control the appearance of most dialog boxes.

Presents additional user information, typically a readme file which contains information that should be read before running the application - Register User User Interface Dialog Box
Allows the user to submit registration information using an executable file that you supply - Splash User Interface Dialog Box
Presents an image to the user, usually to display a logo or branding information - Textboxes User Interface Dialog Box
Presents up to four text entry fields to a user and returns the contents of those fields during installation - Welcome User Interface Dialog Box
Presents introductory text and copyright information to the user
