<FileName> Element (<LogFile>)

SQL Server 2000

Specifies the file name and path of a physical log file used by the application database.

Structure
<Database>
   ...
   <LogFile>
      ...
      <FileName>

Element Characteristics
Characteristic Description
Data Type string, between 1 and 260 characters in length.
Default Value None.
Occurrence Required once per <LogFile> node.
Updates Cannot be added, deleted, or modified.

Remarks

You must specify the file name of the application database log file in the <FileName> element. This is the full path and physical file name of the log file.
