The C run-time libraries support Windows 95 and Windows NT, but not Win32s. Windows 95 and Windows NT support the Win32 Application Programming Interface (API), but only Windows NT provides full Unicode support. In addition, any Win32 application can use a multibyte character set (MBCS).
