Specify a new template for forms and reports

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.

  2. Click the Forms/Reports tab.

  3. Type the name of the new template in the Form Template or Report Template box.

    Note   You can use an existing form or report as a template, or you can create a form or report specifically for use as a template.

  4. Click OK.
