Formatting toolbar (form, report, data access page Design view)

A toolbar that is displayed beneath the Form, Report, or Page Design toolbars. It includes buttons to change characteristics of controls, including fonts, font sizes, font styles (bold, italic, and underlined), alignment, colors, borders, and special effects. By default, the Formatting toolbar is docked beneath the Form, Report, or Page Design toolbars, but you can drag it to create a floating toolbar.
