report Design view
A window in which you design reports.

To open a report in Design view, go to the Database window, click Reports .gif "Aa211340.dbcrpt(en-us,office.10).gif")
under Objects, click the report you want to open, and then click Design on the Database window toolbar.
If the report is already open, you can switch to Design view by clicking View .gif "Aa211340.view1(en-us,office.10).gif")
on the toolbar.
