The FabriKam SPMLLV FPC is useful for scenarios such as:
Budget Planning. Budgets are usually allocated by departments or divisions within a company. Typically, such budget units each have their own Web sites, and hence, Windows SharePoint Services-based form libraries that hold their respective budget information. The SPMLLV Web Part provides a corporate budget planner or the CFO with a summary view of all budget units in one place.
Expense Reporting. In a corporate intranet, expense reports often exist in each individual's personal sites. These reports often contain sensitive information that only the individuals or their superiors should have access to. The SPMLLV Web Part addresses both these issues by respecting the security model of SharePoint Products and Technologies and combining only the authorized reports into one concise view.
Project Management. A project manager can use the SPMMLV for a summary view of the status of multiple documents, each hosted in its own document workspace.
