To remove the Access Workflow Designer components, you must remove the server components and developer components separately. It is recommended you remove the Access Workflow Designer tools components before removing the server components.

To uninstall Access Workflow Designer

  1. In Control Panel, open Add/Remove Programs.

  2. On the Install/Uninstall tab, select Microsoft Office Developer, and click Add/Remove.

When you remove the Access Workflow Designer server components, your team solutions are not removed. These solutions will no longer work properly and should be deleted manually.

To remove residual files manually

  1. Disable publishing, and remove any publications on the SQL Server. For details, see in the Access Workflow Designer Developer's Guide.

  2. Remove any databases that are registered as team solution databases.

  3. In the \Program Files folder, delete the Microsoft Office Developer folder.

  4. In the \Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared folder, delete the Microsoft Office Developer folder.

  5. On the server, in the \Program Files\Microsoft Office Developer folder, delete the \Server folder.
