ASP Forms and the Form Renderer

This content is no longer actively maintained. It is provided as is, for anyone who may still be using these technologies, with no warranties or claims of accuracy with regard to the most recent product version or service release.

Using ASP with the form renderer offers you the advantages of script and HTML markup when creating Microsoft® Exchange Web forms. This method uses ASP as the scripting engine and the form renderer as the rendering engine.

Web pages that are created using this method are relatively simple to author thanks to built-in support for server-side validation and error processing. The disadvantage of using this method is that it does not offer the complete control that a custom ASP form provides.
