This method searches a list (an array of values) and returns the number of values specified, counting from the beginning of the array if the Number parameter is positive, from the end of the array if Number is negative. This method returns a String, an array of numbers (Integer or Long data type), or an array of date-time values (Date data type).

Availability

This method is available in the following object models: Microsoft® Outlook®, Collaboration Data Objects (CDO), and Microsoft ActiveX® Data Objects (ADO).
