The signature structure carries the encoding of a signature calculated over fields in a message.

Length (2 bytes): The number of bytes, in little-endian byte order, of the structure. MUST be set to 130 bytes.
Signature Data (128 bytes): Signature data calculated by using the RSASSA- [PKCS1]-v1_5 algorithm ([RFC8017] section 8.2).
