Sale Return Type Field, Sales Header Table

This field contains Sales Return Type as “Blank” or Sales Cancellation”.

By default it populates as blank option.

When document type is return order or credit memo and Sales return type is blank then the following points will get impact in excise and Daily stock Account Report.

·Cenvat Credit Account will get debited .

·RG 23A Part 1 and RG 23A Part II will get affected if it is raw material and Cenvatable Goods

·RG 23C Part I and RG23C Part II will get affected if it is capital goods and Cenvatable.

·Nothing will get impacted in the Daily stock Account report.

·In ER 1 report the Cenvat amount will get populate in Sr No 8 according to capital goods or imported goods.

·In the wastage and scrap register sales return quantity and value will populate in the negative sign.

When document type is return order or credit memo and Sales return type is “Sales cancellation” then the following points will get impact in excise and Daily stock Account Report.

·Excise payable Account will get debited .

·No Impact In RG 23A /C Part I and Part II registers.

·In the daily stock Account report sales return quantity will get update.

·In ER 1 Report quantity cleared, closing Balance ,Assessable value and Duty amount field in Serial No 3 will get updated

·In the wastage and scrap register sales return quantity and value will populate in the negative sign.
