Excise Rounding Type Field, Currency Table

Here you can specify whether the excise amount will be rounded up or down. The program uses this information together with the interval for rounding that you have specified in the Excise Rounding Precision field.

You can use this field if your program is set up to Round Excise Amounts. The contents of this field determine whether the Excise amount to be rounded will be rounded up or down to the nearest interval as specified in the Excise Rounding Precision field.

To see the available options, click the Assist Button in the field. The options are:

Nearest :The program will round up digits that are >=0.5 Otherwise, the program will round down.

Up : The program will round the amount up.

Down : The program will round the amount down.
