Sell-to City Field, Sales Header Table
Specifies the city name of the customer that the items on the invoice will be shipped to.
The program retrieves the information automatically from the Customer table when the Sell-to Customer No. field is filled in.
The program will use the code in the Sell-to Country/Region Code field to format the Sell-to city on printouts.
