Approver ID Field, User Setup Table

Specifies the user ID of the person who must approve documents that are made by the user in the User ID field before the documents can be released.

To enter an approver ID:

To view the options, choose the field. The User Setup window appears. Select the document approver from the list of user IDs and click OK.
