clearRequest method

Obsolete. Clears all requests in the read-requests queue to prepare for new profile-information requests.

This method is not supported for Metro style apps using JavaScript.

Syntax

HRESULT retVal = object.clearRequest();

Standards information

There are no standards that apply here.

Parameters

This method has no parameters.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Remarks

As of Windows Internet Explorer 7, this method is obsolete and should not be used.
