Retrieves the code name.

This method is not supported for Metro style apps using JavaScript.

Syntax

HRESULT value = object.get_appCodeName(BSTR* p);

Property values

Type: BSTR

the code name, or the value listed in Possible Values.

Mozilla

Default. Returned by Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.

WWA/1.0

Default. Returned by WWAHost.exe 1.0.
