Expected Receipt Date Field, Purchase Header Table
Specifies the date you expect to receive the order.
The program will copy the date to all the purchase lines created under the header, but you can change it on individual lines. When you change the expected date on the purchase header, the date on the lines can be changed.
The date affects the item availability (that you can see by choosing Item, Availability on the item card), which is automatically updated to show the available inventory.
Note
When used on a purchase return order, the Expected Receipt Date field denotes the date on which the item(s) are shipped back to the vendor.
