Bal. Account Type Field, Check Ledger Entry Table

Contains the type of balancing account used in the entry.

The program normally fills in this field when the entry is posted.

Notice that when you create a check ledger entry from a journal using two journal lines, you must enter information about the payee of the check manually. The program then uses this information when printing the check. In this situation, you can enter the balancing account type here.
