Show Field, Column Layout Table

Specifies when you want the amounts in the column to be shown in reports.

Choose the field to see the options:

Option Description

Always

All amounts in the column will always be shown.

Never

The column will never appear on reports. It is used only for calculation purposes.

When Positive

Only positive amounts will be shown in the column. (That is, amounts that are positive before Show Opposite Sign is applied.)

When Negative

Only negative amounts will be shown in the column. (That is, amounts that are negative before Show Opposite Sign is applied.)

A maximum of five columns in an account schedule layout can be shown.
