How to: Restore the Default IntelliSense Table

You can restore IntelliSense functionality for native Visual FoxPro language elements in the IntelliSense table to its default configuration. However, user-defined IntelliSense records remain unless you delete them manually.

To restore the IntelliSense table configuration for native Visual FoxPro language elements

  1. On the Tools menu, click IntelliSense Manager.

  2. In IntelliSense Manager, click the Advanced tab.

  3. On the Advanced tab, click Clean Up.

  4. In the Maintenance dialog box, click Restore FoxCode.

    Visual FoxPro prompts you to confirm restoring your IntelliSense table to the original table.

  5. To confirm restoration, click Yes.

    Visual FoxPro confirms that it has restored a clean copy of the IntelliSense table.

  6. To finish restoration, click OK.

To delete user-defined IntelliSense records

  1. On the Tools menu, click IntelliSense Manager.

  2. In IntelliSense Manager, click the Custom tab.

  3. On the Custom tab, select the user-defined IntelliSense record you want to delete.

  4. Click Delete.

  5. When prompted to confirm deletion, click Yes to mark the record for deletion.

  6. When you are finished marking all records you want to delete, click the Advanced tab.

  7. On the Advanced tab, click Clean Up.

  8. In the Maintenance dialog box, click Clean Up FoxCode to remove records marked for deletion.
