Creates an instance of the default implementation of a keyed hash algorithm.

Return Value

A new instance of a keyed hash algorithm.

The cryptography configuration system defines the default implementation of the KeyedHashAlgorithm class. The keyed hash algorithms currently supported are HMACSHA1 and MACTripleDES.
