This token specifies support for the X-StartupProfile (section 2.2.6.28).

If a server never sends the Supported header, or if a server does not specify the com.microsoft.wm.startupprofile token on the Supported header, clients MUST assume that the server will not send the X-StartupProfile header.<16>

If a client never sends the Supported header, or if a client does not specify the com.microsoft.wm.startupprofile token on the Supported header, servers MUST NOT send the X-StartupProfile header to the client.<17>
