DRT messages MUST be transported over the User Datagram
Protocol (UDP), as specified in [RFC768]. A node
MUST use a UDP port greater than or equal to 1024 [RFC768]. There is no
requirement that two DRT nodes use the same port number because the port number
is dynamically discovered.
