3.1.5.21.2 LITE implementation

According to [IETFDRAFT-ICENAT-19], there are two implementations of ICE – FULL implementation and LITE implementation. This protocol does not support the LITE implementation. This means that this protocol SHOULD<37> gather the Relayed Candidates and Server Reflexive Candidates and perform connectivity checks as specified in [MS-ICE2].
