a.   The standard states that the values of the sId attribute are defined by the XML Schema unsignedInt datatype.

Excel restricts the value of this attribute to be at most 32767.

b.   The standard does not specify a default value for the numFmtId attribute.

Excel uses a default value of 0 for this attribute.

c.   The standard states that the s attribute is only applicable to undo operations.

Excel allows this attribute to be applicable to operations other than undo.
