Incoming-Call-Connected (ICCN) is the control message sent by the LAC to LNS in response to a received Incoming-Call-Reply (ICRP) message (see section 6.8 of [RFC2661]). The LAC MAY send a Receive Window Size AV pair in the ICCN message.<14>
