Initializes a new instance of the HttpParseException class with specific information about the source code being compiled and the line number on which the exception occurred.

Parameters
- message
The exception message to specify when the error occurs.
- innerException
The exception that is the cause of the current exception. If innerException is not a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), the current exception is raised in a catch block that handles the inner exception.
- virtualPath
The virtual path for the exception.
- sourceCode
The source code being compiled when the exception occurs.
- line
The line number on which the exception occurred.
