2.2.6 DHCP Failover Option 35 (0x23) – Server Name Option
The Server Name option is used to convey the host name of the server that has leased out the IPv4 address to the client in the lease update that is being synchronized with the partner server.

OptionCode (2 bytes): This field MUST be set to 35 (0x23).
OptionLength (2 bytes): The unsigned length, in bytes, of the option, excluding the OptionCode and OptionLength fields.
OptionValue (variable): This field contains the byte stream representing the Unicode string containing the server name with the terminating NULL character.
