HtmlTableCell Constructor ()
Initializes a new instance of the HtmlTableCell class using default values.
Assembly: System.Web (in System.Web.dll)
Use this constructor to create and initialize a new instance of the HtmlTableCell class. This constructor is used to create an HtmlTableCell object that represents the <td> element for a table data cell.
The following table shows the initial property value for an instance of HtmlTableCell.
Property | Initial Value |
|---|---|
The "td" literal string. |
The following code example demonstrates how to create an instance of an HtmlTable control with HtmlTableCell controls and place the table on the Web page. Note how the HtmlTableCell control's default constructor is used to create a <td> element, while its overloaded constructor that takes a string parameter is used with the literal string "th" to create a <th> element.
