MailMessage Constructor (String, String, String, String)
Initializes a new instance of the MailMessage class.

Parameters
- from
- Type: System::String
A String that contains the address of the sender of the e-mail message.
- to
- Type: System::String
A String that contains the address of the recipient of the e-mail message.
- subject
- Type: System::String
A String that contains the subject text.
- body
- Type: System::String
A String that contains the message body.

The properties for the new MailMessage object are initialized as follows:
By default, the subject and content are assumed to use the default encoding based on local computer settings. Use the BodyEncoding and SubjectEncoding properties to specify different encodings.
