File '<file>' should not be installed into a User's Profile folder because it may not be available to all users
You have added a file to a User's Profile folder; files in this folder will only be available when the profile of the user that installed the application is active. User's Profile folders include User's Desktop, User's Program Files, and any special folders that begin with "User".
In most cases, only shortcuts to files — not the files themselves — should be added to a User's Profile folder.
To correct this error
- If you intend for the file to be available to multiple users, move the file to a different folder.
