2.2.3.134 PhoneNumber
The PhoneNumber element is an optional child element of the Set element in Settings command requests that specifies a unique number that identifies the client device.

The telephone number facilitates troubleshooting and device management by providing a well-known and unique identifier for the client device. The PhoneNumber element value can be up to 1024 characters in length. The server does not validate the value of the PhoneNumber element.<13>

The client indicates the protocol version being used by setting either the MS-ASProtocolVersion header, as specified in [MS-ASHTTP] section 2.2.1.1.2.6, or the Protocol version field, as specified in [MS-ASHTTP] section 2.2.1.1.1.1, in the request.
