RuntimeTypeHandle::Equality Operator (RuntimeTypeHandle, Object)
Visual Studio 2010
Indicates whether a RuntimeTypeHandle structure is equal to an object.
Assembly: mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)
Parameters
- left
- Type: System::RuntimeTypeHandle
A RuntimeTypeHandle structure to compare to right.
- right
- Type: System::Object
An object to compare to left.
Return Value
Type: System::Booleantrue if right is a RuntimeTypeHandle and is equal to left; otherwise, false.
Using this operator to compare two variables of type RuntimeTypeHandle causes an ambiguous overload resolution error when compiled. Use the Equals method instead.
