Form.ControlCollection Methods

Public Methods

public methodAdd Overridden. Adds a control to the form.
public methodAddRange (inherited from Control.ControlCollection) Adds an array of control objects to the collection.
public methodClear (inherited from Control.ControlCollection) Removes all controls from the collection.
public methodContains (inherited from Control.ControlCollection) Determines whether the specified control is a member of the collection.
public methodCopyTo (inherited from Control.ControlCollection) Copies the entire collection into an existing array at a specified location within the array.
public methodEquals (inherited from Object) Overloaded. Determines whether two Object instances are equal.
public methodGetChildIndex (inherited from Control.ControlCollection) Overloaded. Retrieves the index of a control within the control collection.
public methodGetEnumerator (inherited from Control.ControlCollection) Returns an enumerator that can be used to iterate through the control collection.
public methodGetHashCode (inherited from Object) Serves as a hash function for a particular type, suitable for use in hashing algorithms and data structures like a hash table.
public methodGetType (inherited from Object) Gets the Type of the current instance.
public methodIndexOf (inherited from Control.ControlCollection) Retrieves the index of the specified control in the control collection.
public methodRemove Overridden. Removes a control from the form.
public methodRemoveAt (inherited from Control.ControlCollection) Removes a control from the control collection at the specified indexed location.
public methodSetChildIndex (inherited from Control.ControlCollection) Sets the index of the specified child control in the collection to the specified index value.
public methodToString (inherited from Object) Returns a String that represents the current Object.

Protected Methods

protected methodFinalize (inherited from Object) Overridden. Allows an Object to attempt to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by garbage collection.

In C# and C++, finalizers are expressed using destructor syntax.

protected methodMemberwiseClone (inherited from Object) Creates a shallow copy of the current Object.
