3.1.3 Initialization
Parameters necessary to initialize the RPC protocol are specified in section 2.1.
The server MAY<13> register static RPC ports. If it does, it MUST return those ports in a call to the S_DSGetServerPort method. For more information, see section 3.1.4.1.
