3.16.3 Initialization

When the server is created, its ADM elements SHOULD be initialized as follows:

  • ClientApplicationID SHOULD be initialized to the empty string.

  • UserLocale SHOULD be initialized to an LCID representing the calling user's default UI language.

  • HistoryList SHOULD be initialized from persisted history data obtained from the update agent through an implementation-dependent<15> interface.
