TemplateEditingService::CreateFrame Method (TemplatedControlDesigner, String, array<String>, Style, array<Style>)

This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
Creates a new template editing frame for the specified TemplatedControlDesigner object, using the specified name, template names, control style, and template styles.

Parameters
- designer
- Type: System.Web.UI.Design::TemplatedControlDesigner
The TemplatedControlDesigner that will use the template editing frame.
- frameName
- Type: System::String
The name of the editing frame that will be displayed on the frame. Typically, this is the same as the Text used as the menu text for the TemplateEditingVerb that is invoked to create the frame.
- templateNames
- Type: array<System::String>
An array of names for the templates that the template editing frame will contain.
- controlStyle
- Type: System.Web.UI.WebControls::Style
The control Style for the editing frame.
- templateStyles
- Type: array<System.Web.UI.WebControls::Style>
An array of type Style that represents the template styles for the editing frame.

The TemplateEditingService class is obsolete. Expose templates through the TemplateGroups property of a control designer. The design host creates a TemplatedEditableDesignerRegion object for each TemplateGroup that is defined for a control designer. |
