Type: PtypTime ([MS-OXCDATA] section 2.11.1)
The PidTagEndDate property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.683) SHOULD be set, and when set, it MUST be equal to the value of the PidLidAppointmentEndWhole property (section 2.2.1.6).
