What is MSDN Academic Alliance?

MSDN Academic Alliance (MSDNAA) is an annual membership program for academic departments that gives you access to a wide range of Microsoft development tools, server platforms, design software, and other benefits. This software may be installed on any number of departmental lab machines, but must be used for instructional and research purposes. It may not be used to run the infrastructure of the department. Department faculty and students may also check out or download the software to install on their personal computers.

 

The MSDN Academic Alliance program currently offers three types of membership subscriptions:

Customers in the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovakia and Ukraine, please contact your local reseller to apply for membership.
