Could not start Internet Explorer
This error has the following causes and solutions:
- An unknown problem is preventing Internet Explorer from running. Try starting Internet Explorer on its own to make sure it's working correctly.
For additional information, select the item in question and press F1 (in Windows) or HELP (on the Macintosh).
