Console.Write Method (Char[], Int32, Int32)

Writes the specified subarray of Unicode characters to the standard output stream.

Parameters

buffer
Type: System.Char[]

An array of Unicode characters.

index
Type: System.Int32

The starting position in buffer.

count
Type: System.Int32

The number of characters to write.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentNullException

buffer is null.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException

index or count is less than zero.

ArgumentException

index plus count specify a position that is not within buffer.

IOException

An I/O error occurred.

The HostProtectionAttribute attribute applied to this type or member has the following Resources property value: UI. The HostProtectionAttribute does not affect desktop applications (which are typically started by double-clicking an icon, typing a command, or entering a URL in a browser). This method writes count characters starting at position index of buffer to the standard output stream.
