The Visual J# launch condition is automatically added to a deployment project for any application that has a dependency on the Visual J# Redistributable Package. The Visual J# Redistributable Package components must be present on the installation computer in order for the application to run; this launch condition checks for the Visual J# Redistributable Package and halts installation if it is not found.
