The target of shortcut '<shortcut>' is invalid
The target file referenced in the error message is in a folder that has the AlwaysCreate property set to false. The shortcut cannot be built because the target file might not be installed.
To correct this error
Double-click the error in the Task List to go to the shortcut in the File System Editor.
Select the folder that contains the shortcut.
In the Properties window, select the AlwaysCreate property and set it to true.
