FormView.CreateRow Method

Note: This method is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Creates a FormViewRow object using the specified item index, row type, and row state.

Parameters

itemIndex

The zero-based index of the data item to display.

rowType

One of the DataControlRowType enumeration values.

rowState

A bitwise combination of the DataControlRowState enumeration values.

Return Value

A FormViewRow with the specified item index, row type, and row state.

The CreateRow method is a helper method called by the FormView control to create a FormViewRow object used to represent a row within the control.

Notes to Inheritors When extending the FormView class, you can override this method to return a FormViewRow object with custom settings.
