String.System.IConvertible.ToInt16 Method

Converts the value of the current String object to a 16-bit signed integer.

The converted value of the current String object.

The value of the current String object cannot be parsed.

OverflowException

The value of the current String object is a number greater than MaxValue or less than MinValue.
